For my one of the projects of my internship, I had to create something to bring in for the Back to the Roots Sexy Salad Event.
So I made blondies with dried cranberries, glazed walnuts, and chocolate chips! :)
I also had a feedback sheet for the first time as well.
It was definitely an interesting experience to watch people eat my blondies while also writing down their comments about it as well.

Update: Rating 7.5/10. I thought they have could been a lot better and I definitely expected a better snickerdoodle-y design for them but my suitemates really loved them so I’ll call it a success! :)

Peppermint White Chocolate Chip Chocolate Cookies!!

These were definitely one of the best cookies I ever made. Especially because my favorite cookies are white chocolate chip chocolate cookies & I have been craving to come home to bake these!
Perfect for Christmas time.
Update: I delivered to 6 houses with my friend from Stockton. Nighttime deliveries are fun. :) I loved how a lot of my friends were able to share the cookies with their siblings and they all loved it :)

After my last attempt at red velvet cake, I was not excited to try it again. However, after days of researching different recipes, I finally settled on Smitten Kitchen’s recipe and I loved it! Rating: 8/10
This was my last day of baking until winter because I have no kitchen at college :(
I delivered to Emily, Jen, and Sam that night & a whole bunch to ray for his birthday!
& leftovers for cal kids.
I’m going to miss baking the next few months :(
